Here you find a small selection of hikes that are possible in the close surroundings:

• the famous peat bogs (“pozzi”) in the massif of Renosu.

• the peak of Renosu and the Bastani lake below.

• the amazing “Cuscione” Plateau with the peak of Mount Incudine of 2134m height, is also accessible for families. From here, you will be able to marvel at the Needles of Bavella and to take a bath in natural granite stone bath tubs!

• the hike along the “balcony” above the valley of Taravo.

• the hike along the ridge of the “rock statues” – a part of the legendary long distance hiking path GR20.

We are also happy to recommend to you tours starting from the individual villages of our valley (Giovicacce, Sampolo, Guitera, Tasso, Palneca, Ciamanacce, Cozzano, Zicavo, Corrano and from the passes Col de la Vaccia und Col de Verde).

We happily provide upon request detailed hints and advice for all these excursions for you. Your host is a qualified Mountain Leader (Accompagnateur en Montagne), knows the Corsican mountains very well, and will advise you according to your physical condition and experience.

We also provide you with hiking maps, scale 1:25000. This way, a carefully and easily planned hike will be an unforgettable experience.
